Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

• Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect potential clients.

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.

• Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and deliver effective sales pitches.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to facilitate seamless sales processes.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

• Provide feedback to the management team on product performance and market insights.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive (In - House)/Tele Marketing/Tele Sales or relevant role Good Communication in English

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Good presentation skills
