Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (with Field Visit Capability)

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive who can drive business growth through inside sales activities and occasionally meet customers for face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate must have B2B sales experience, good communication skills, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
Conduct inside sales activities including lead qualification, product pitching, proposal sharing, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Visit customers on-site when required for product demos, relationship building, or negotiation meetings.
Handle and maintain B2B customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the assigned customer base.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions, support, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with business goals.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide timely updates on leads and closures.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for seamless customer experience.
Must have hands-on experience and knowledge of Excel, Google Spreadsheet and other MS tools.
1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in upselling and cross-selling.
Ability to conduct field visits when required.
Proficiency in MS Office.
