Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails for generating sales inquiries.
Develop new business leads through telecalling, networking, and digital platforms.
Provide quotes, pricing, and shipment information to customers.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and daily reporting in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele sales (preferably in freight forwarding / logistics).
Good knowledge of international shipping, air & sea freight, Incoterms, and logistics processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
