Job responsibility:
Engage inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing, partnerships, and referrals. Conduct detailed consultative conversations to understand customer health goals, risks, and motivations.
Educate customers offering, technology, and unique advantages over traditional health checks.
Address queries, comparisons, and concerns transparently — build trust through knowledge and empathy.
Convert leads into bookings while maintaining integrity, compliance, and brand tone.
Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to continuously refine scripts, FAQs, and objection handling.
Maintain CRM hygiene and track conversion metrics with discipline.
Share structured feedback from customer interactions to improve product-market fit.
