Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at South Extension, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inside sales, preferably within the education, banking, or insurance sectors, and will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets through telephonic and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via calls, emails, and online platforms

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to close sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or tele-sales

• Experience in education, banking, or insurance industry preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good negotiation and closing abilities

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is a plus)
