Inside sales Executive

Location: Panipat – Shiv Nagar
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Inside Sales)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Panipat (Shiv Nagar) market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inside sales within the banking or insurance sector and a strong ability to build and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities through inside sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Promote banking and insurance products to prospective customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive trends.
Plan and execute customer calls, product presentations, and negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in banking or insurance.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of local market (Panipat – Shiv Nagar).
Ability to work in an office-based/inside sales setup and coordinate with customers over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
