We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance and/or Banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, promoting financial products, and achieving sales targets from the branch office in Latur.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote insurance and banking products.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance policies and banking products (Loans, Credit Cards, CASA, etc.).
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with field sales teams for documentation and closure support.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Strong understanding of Insurance and Banking products.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Target-oriented with strong closing skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good knowledge of the local Latur market is preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA preferred).
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Telesales in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
