The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound/outbound calls, building client relationships, and converting prospects into sales. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for achieving targets.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and negotiation skills.Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships to close deals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.Provide accurate information and after-sales support when required.
