Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to support growth initiatives in the real estate segment. The role involves building client relationships,

coordinating site visits,

assisting in deal closures,

and maintaining strong follow-ups to enhance business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients

• Assist in negotiations and documentation processes

• Maintain updated client database and reports

• Support marketing and promotional activities when required Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion ability

• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends

• Confident personality with professional approach

• MS Office / CRM knowledge preferred

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream

• 0–3 years experience in real estate / sales / business development preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
