Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound sales leads and provide product details to customers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable industrial equipment solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Manage end-to-end inside sales process
• Maintain customer data and sales pipeline in CRM software
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports using MS Excel
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events when required
