Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets the requirements of the respective consulate or embassy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients regarding visa processes for countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Schengen, etc.

• Check eligibility and advise clients on documentation requirements.

• Fill out visa application forms and schedule appointments.

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS/Gerry’s offices.

• Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and changes.

• Maintain records of clients, applications, and follow-ups.

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person.

• Cross-sell related services like travel insurance, air tickets, etc.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in visa processing or consultancy preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).

• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
