Immigration Consultant

Satguru Overseas Education and Global Immigration Services is a leading consultancy dedicated to guiding students towards international education and immigration opportunities with integrity, transparency, and result-oriented counselling. We are expanding our team to strengthen our student advisory operations in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities across countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.

Understand student profiles, career aspirations, academic backgrounds, and financial constraints to recommend suitable programs and institutions.

Manage complete counselling process including application filing, admission guidance, SOP review, and visa documentation support.

Stay updated with changing admission requirements, visa policies, and university offerings.

Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online enquiries effectively with timely follow-ups.

Maintain student records systematically on CRM and generate daily/weekly reports as per company SOP.

Coordinate with university representatives for seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.

Assist in achieving branch targets through student conversions and quality counselling.

Participate in training programs to enhance counselling skills and knowledge base.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred – Education, Management, Humanities).

Experience: Minimum 1 – 3 years of counselling experience in Overseas Education Consultancy.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to counsel with empathy, honesty, and confidence.

Goal-oriented mindset with dedication to student success and institutional growth.

Familiarity with admissions portals, visa checklists, and CRM operations.

Strong organisational skills to multitask and prioritise effectively.
