Job Description

Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Counsel clients about immigration programs such as:
- PR (Permanent Residency)
- Work permits
- Student visas
- Tourist visas
- Business/investor visas
Understand client profiles and recommend suitable countries/programs.
Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, timelines, and costs.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly to convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and client databases.
Coordinate with visa processing or documentation teams after client onboarding.
Handle objections and provide accurate information about immigration pathways.
Stay updated on immigration policies and visa rule changes for countries like:
- Canada
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- United States
- New Zealand
Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Attend seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
