Provide accurate visa guidance for Work, PR, Tourist & Dependent categories.

• Evaluate client profiles and suggest suitable countries/programs.

• Assist clients throughout the visa process — eligibility check, documentation, SOPs, filing &

submission.

• Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

• Stay updated with immigration rules & embassy requirements.

• Prepare & verify documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain client records in CRM and follow up regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Counseling, Documentation, Sales).

• Ensure high-quality customer experience.
