Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to guide clients through visa and immigration processes. The role involves assessing client profiles, providing accurate advice, and ensuring smooth documentation and application procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients regarding immigration options, visa processes, and documentation requirements
Assess client eligibility for various visa categories (PR, Work Permit, Study Visa, Tourist Visa, etc.)
Guide clients in preparing and organizing necessary documents
Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide status updates
Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and changes
Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, case managers, etc.)
Maintain proper records of client interactions and application progress

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of immigration/visa processes (training can be provided)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Sales or counseling skills will be an added advantage
