About the Role

Abroad Pathway Immigration is looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for helping clients achieve their dreams of studying, working, or settling abroad, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding immigration programs for Canada, Australia, Germany and other countries.

• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

• Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and the complete application process.

• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth case processing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.

• Update CRM with client interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

• Experience as an Immigration Consultant, Visa Counselor, or Academic Counselor is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and counseling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of immigration and visa processes.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
