Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to handle sales and business development of HVAC systems and Electronic Security Products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.

• Meet clients and understand their HVAC and electronic security requirements.

• Promote and sell HVAC products, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm and other security solutions.

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for customers.

• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and payments.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Conduct site visits and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Maintain records of leads, customer meetings and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic technical knowledge of HVAC and/or electronic security products.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Good sales and relationship-management skills.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
