About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and smart sales professional who can confidently sell HRMS software solutions to businesses. This role is not for passive candidates who only handle inquiries — we need someone aggressive in follow-ups, strong in communication, and capable of closing deals independently.
The ideal candidate should understand B2B sales, client psychology, and software solution selling. Candidates with HRMS, payroll, or software sales experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, references, and outbound sales
Identify business pain points related to HR, payroll, attendance, and employee management
Conduct professional HRMS product presentations and demos
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers
Maintain consistent follow-ups and pipeline management
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Coordinate with onboarding and support teams for smooth implementation
Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports
Stay updated with HR technology trends and competitor offerings

Qualification
