
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions (field sales)
Handle bulk hiring requirements within tight deadlines
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Schedule and follow up on interviews
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)
Organize and participate in recruitment drives and job fairs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably for sales roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in BFSI, FMCG, or telecom sales hiring
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Experience conducting walk-in drives or campus hiring
