Position: Hotel Sales Manager

Experience: 2–5 years in hotel/hospitality sales preferred
Key Responsibilities
Drive room sales through corporate clients, travel agents, companies and other business accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Generate new business through cold calling, client visits, references, networking and market visits.
Handle corporate room bookings, long-stay requirements and group bookings.
Achieve monthly and yearly room revenue and occupancy targets.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals and corporate rate agreements.
Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings to generate business.
Develop relationships with corporate houses, MNCs, SMEs, travel companies, DMCs and event agencies.
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings.
Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects and business leads.
Monitor competitor rates, offers and market trends.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecast reports and business development plans.
Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the accounts team where required.
Represent the hotel at corporate events, networking meets, exhibitions and industry gatherings.

Candidate Profile
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of hotel room sales and corporate sales.
Existing corporate contacts/network will be an advantage.
Confident in client meetings and negotiations.
Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/NCR corporate market preferred.
Target-oriented, proactive and presentable.
Comfortable with local travel for client visits.
Knowledge of PMS, Excel and basic sales reporting preferred.
