Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing accurate rate information, package details, and booking guidance.
Manage the resort’s main phone line, addressing room-booking requests, corporate inquiries, and guest concerns.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and create reservations in the property-management system (PMS).
Coordinate with the Senior Sales Executive to ensure every lead receives timely, professional follow-up.
Maintain clear records of all guest communications for internal tracking and guest reference.
Assist in updating and managing hotel rate plans and sales strategies.
Support corporate bookings, group reservations, and special-event coordination as needed.
Perform basic administrative tasks—email management, organizing sales data in Excel, and tracking booking performance.
Deliver a seamless guest experience through accurate, prompt responses to all queries.
Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency with computer tools—Microsoft Excel, email platforms, and similar administrative software.
Solid understanding of hotel operations, rate plans, booking strategies, and general sales processes.
Experience with Property Management Software (PMS).
Experience dealing with wedding queries, travel agents, travel charters etc.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset for smooth coordination with sales teammates and other departments.
