Job Description

Key Responsibilities – Home Loan Sales Executive

Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sources.
Contact customers and understand their home loan needs.
Explain loan plans, interest rates, eligibility, and required documents.
Collect customer documents and submit loan applications.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan updates.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approval.
Follow up until the loan is approved and disbursed.
Coordinate with the bank and customer for smooth loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly home loan targets.
Maintain daily records of leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Update all customer details and follow-ups in the CRM.
Maintain good relationships with customers, builders, and referral partners.
Handle customer queries and provide support throughout the loan process.
Generate repeat and referral business.
