📍 Job Description:

We are hiring a result-oriented Home loan sales Excutive . The candidate will work on company-generated in-house leads and assist customers in availing home loans, Home Loan products in coordination with partner banks/NBFCs.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Work on pre-generated in-house leads
Call and convert leads into home loan
Explain loan eligibility, EMI options, interest rates, and documentation
Coordinate with customers for document collection and file completion
Prepare and submit loan files to banks/NBFCs
Track file status from login to sanction and disbursement
Coordinate with sales team and builders for smooth conversion
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure timely closure
Achieve monthly disbursement and conversion targets

🎯 Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion ability
- Basic knowledge of home loan / LAP process (preferred)
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
