Capniti Finance is hiring a dedicated Home Loan Sales Executive who has experience in handling home loan products and tele-calling sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and capable of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain home loan products and benefits clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Guide customers through documentation and loan process
Maintain follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional and disciplined work approach

Graduation is mandatory
