Job Opening: Executive – Field Officer Sales (FOS) | (Home Loan)

Job Details

Position: Executive – Field Officer Sales (FOS)
Department: Retail Assets – Home Loan
Work Location: Mix Location
Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day
Working Days: 6 Days/Week (As per Bank Policy)
Interview Mode: Virtual

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate from a recognized university.
2–3 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Experience in the Builder/Developer market will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new builder projects within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers.
Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams for project approvals.
Promote and sell Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Generate leads through builder visits, project camps, and customer engagement activities.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain reports on visits, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
