Job Description
We are looking for a target-driven Holiday Sales Executive to handle travel enquiries, recommend customised holiday packages, and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound holiday enquiries and understand customer travel requirements.
Recommend customised domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare quotations covering flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
Follow up with potential customers, negotiate prices, and close bookings.
Upsell additional services, upgrades, and travel experiences.
Maintain customer records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in OTA sales, holiday sales, travel package sales, or tour sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Comfortable working rotational shifts and weekends.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
Working Days: 6 days per week.
Candidates with strong sales skills and experience in converting travel enquiries into bookings will be preferred.
