Position: Holiday Consultant
Location: Pan India (Extensive Travel Required)

Job Purpose

The Holiday Consultant is responsible for engaging with prospective clients at company-designated hotels and venues across India, presenting the organization’s holiday products and services, and successfully converting prospects into customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with clients visiting company-booked hotels and venues

• Present, explain, and promote the company’s holiday packages and membership offerings

• Convert prospective clients into confirmed customers in line with assigned targets

• Address client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services

• Maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction

• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and conversions as per company guidelines

Travel & Allowances

• Role requires extensive travel across India

• Accommodation, food, and travel allowance will be provided by the company for assignments outside the employee’s hometown

Compensation

• Fixed Annual Salary: ₹1.44 LPA – ₹1.80 LPA

• Performance-based incentives as per company policy

Eligibility & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented approach with customer focus

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or tourism will be an added advantage
