Job Description

Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales channels.
Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversions and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build strong relationships with customers and address their queries effectively.
Update customer interactions and sales progress accurately in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
Maintain high productivity and conversion rates while meeting quality standards.
