We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller who can handle outbound calls, understand customer needs, and convert cold leads into warm or hot prospects. The role requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to build quick trust over the phone.Key Responsibilities

Call cold leads and introduce our products/services clearly.

Understand the customer’s requirements and identify potential interest.

Convert cold leads into active prospects through smooth conversation and follow-ups.

Share catalogues, pricing, and basic product details when required.

Maintain call records and follow-up status in the lead sheet/CRM.

Coordinate with the sales team for high-potential leads

Requirements

Good communication in Hindi and basic Englis

Confident, patient, and persuasive on call

Basic phone and WhatsApp handling skill

Prior telecalling experience is an advantag
