About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our dynamic BPO team as Sales Executives for our specialized Hindi process. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and successfully sell our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers provided in the company database.

🤝 Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations about the product/service fluently in Hindi.

🎯 Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

📝 Customer Relationship: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

📊 Reporting: Accurately update customer details, sales activity, and call outcomes in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification: Must be a minimum of HSC (12th Pass) or possess equivalent certification.

Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Excellent spoken Hindi is a must, with a clear and neutral accent. Basic working knowledge of English is a plus.

Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening skills, and a positive, never-give-up attitude.

Experience: Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated freshers.

Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to shift timings (rotational shifts may apply).
