Job Responsibilities:
- Customers ko call karke Avanor ki cleaning and maintenance services ke baare mein batana.
- New leads par calling karna aur potential customers se enquiries generate karna.
- WhatsApp aur phone ke through customer follow-up karna.
- Society managers, residential customers aur commercial clients se appointments schedule karna.
- Interested customers ko pricing aur offers ki information dena.
- Daily calling report, lead status aur follow-up details CRM/Google Sheets mein update karna.
- Existing customers se feedback lena aur repeat bookings ke liye follow-up karna.
Eligibility:
- Freshers can apply; telecalling or sales experience preferred.
- Hindi mein achhi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident, polite and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
