Healthcare Sales Executive

Location: Sector 63, Noida
Experience: Minimum 6 months of Inside Sales / Tele-Sales experience
Working Days: Monday–Sunday | Weekly Off: One weekday
Sunday: Remote Work
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for Healthcare Sales Executive who can engage with patients, understand their requirements, explain relevant healthcare services and convert enquiries into consultations and treatment plans.

This is a target-driven inside sales role involving calling, counselling, follow-ups, lead conversion and achievement of monthly sales targets.

What You'll Do

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients.

· Understand patient requirements and explain relevant healthcare services.

· Counsel patients and guide them towards consultations and treatment.

· Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to drive conversions.

· Convert qualified enquiries into appointments and treatment plans.

· Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records.

· Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team when required.

· Build trust and maintain professional communication throughout the sales journey.

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales is mandatory.

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Strong Hindi communication skills; English will be an advantage.

· Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

· Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

· Strong follow-up and conversion mindset.

· Confident speaking with customers/patients over calls and WhatsApp.

· Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.

· Experience in healthcare, education, insurance, wellness, customer service or similar sales environments will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
