Job Title: Health Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 0–6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Identify customer healthcare and financial protection needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
Explain policy details including hospitalization coverage, cashless treatment, pre-existing disease clauses, waiting period, premiums, benefits, claim settlement process, and policy tenure.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, follow-ups, and digital platforms.
Convert leads into successful sales by providing proper guidance, plan comparisons, and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for policy renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling of family floater, critical illness, and top-up plans.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC verification, and policy issuance as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity metrics.
Update customer records and maintain accurate data in CRM software.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of health insurance products and healthcare-related policies preferred.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, email handling).
Ability to explain complex policy terms in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
Language-Specific Outreach: Ability to connect with customers in their native language (Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, Odia preferred) to build trust and rapport.
Target-oriented mindset with a positive and energetic attitude.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with prior internship or experience in insurance, BFSI, telesales, or customer service will be preferred.
Comfortable with field sales, telecalling, and customer interaction.
Immediate joiners preferred.
