Designation: Guest Relation Executive – Marketing Office

Reporting To: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: ELECTRONIC CITY

GOOD ENGLISH AND KANNADA MANDATORY HINDI AND OTHER LANGUAGES OPTIONAL

Key Responsibilities:

Guest & Visitor Management:

· Welcome, assist, and register visitors at the marketing office.

· Handle client queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.

· Coordinate site visits, office tours, and client meetings.

Communication & Coordination:

· Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to facilitate guest needs.

· Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials for client interactions.

· Support event coordination and marketing campaigns as needed.

Administrative & Reporting:

· Maintain visitor logs, records, and documentation.

· Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for senior marketing personnel.

· Ensure proper upkeep of the reception area and adherence to office protocols.

Process & Digital Support:

· Assist in digital visitor management and CRM updates.

· Use MS Office and other tools for reporting and communication.

Key Skills:

· Visitor management and front-office operations

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Client handling, relationship management, and hospitality etiquette

· Coordination with internal teams and marketing support

· Event assistance and campaign support

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
