Acquisition Manager-GRA -Sales-Regional sales Business Acquisition Acquire new Government Relationship Accounts and salary relationships from government departments, PSUs, municipal bodies, educational institutions, and other government-linked organizations. Generate CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) business through government employee salary accounts. Drive sourcing of liability products and achieve assigned acquisition targets. Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers in government organizations. Maintain strong relationships with department heads, drawing & disbursing officers (DDOs), administrative officers, and key stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Conduct regular client meetings to identify new business opportunities. Competencies Strong sales and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Understanding of liability products and banking operations. Stakeholder management and networking skills. Ability to work under target-driven environments. Knowledge of government business and salary account acquisition is preferred.
