Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new K-12 schools through strategic lead generation, campaigns, and networking.
Conduct due diligence and evaluate potential franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards.
Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Catchment Analysis, and Feasibility Studies for proposed school locations.
Conduct regular school visits to monitor academic and operational quality.
Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance school visibility and drive admissions.
Supervise marketing events, promotions, and engagement activities.
Serve as a key liaison between schools and the corporate office for operational coordination.
Implement and execute growth strategies for new and existing schools.
Ensure effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of school services in line with organizational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7–10 years of experience in franchise sales within the education sector.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, stakeholders, and partners.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven and analytical approach.
Fair understanding of K-12 models and CBSE/ICSE compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
