General Manager

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and visionary General Manager (GM) to lead our automobile dealership/operations. In this executive role, you will oversee the entire business ecosystem, with a primary focus on driving aggressive sales growth, expanding market share, and leading high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and service departments.

The ideal candidate possesses deep industry expertise, exceptional leadership acumen, and a proven track record of spearheading comprehensive sales and marketing strategies within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Operations:

  • Direct all daily business operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

  • Formulate and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads (Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance) to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.

• Sales Leadership:

  • Spearhead the overall sales strategy, setting ambitious revenue targets for new vehicles, pre-owned cars, parts, and services.

  • Monitor sales pipelines, analyze market trends, and implement corrective measures to overcome sales deficits and maximize volume.

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives to build long-term brand loyalty.

• Marketing Oversight:

  • Direct comprehensive marketing and promotional campaigns (digital, print, and local events) to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze campaign ROI, consumer behavior, and competitor positioning.

  • Oversee dealership pricing strategies, promotional offers, and launch events for new vehicle models.

• Financial & Resource Management:

  • Manage P&L (Profit and Loss), budget planning, inventory control, and financial forecasting.

  • Optimize operational costs while maximizing return on investment across all departments.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years of progressive leadership experience specifically within the Automobile Industry (Dealership management, OEM, or major automotive retail).

• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales & Marketing Expertise: Extensive background serving in a Sales Head or Sales & Marketing leadership capacity, with proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (MBA is strongly preferred).

• Skills: Outstanding negotiation, communication, strategic planning, and analytical skills.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
