Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage all business activities to ensure smooth operations.
Review and analyze daily office work reports to evaluate departmental performance.
Conduct weekly team meetings to track progress, address concerns, and motivate staff.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure timely completion.
Develop and implement new sales strategies to enhance revenue and market reach.
Set clear goals for departments and ensure effective implementation of new ideas.
Ensure that sales targets are achieved by monitoring individual and team performance.
Evaluate team members’ work performance and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with department heads to improve efficiency and maintain company standards.
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5–10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
Ability to manage and inspire teams for high performance.
