GeM Portal Management:• Registering, updating, and managing the company's profile on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.• Uploading products/services, setting competitive pricing, and ensuring compliance with GeM policies.• Managing bidding, order processing, and contract management on the portal.• Handling buyer queries and responding to tenders/requests promptly.• Executing GeM bidding processes efficiently.2. IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System):• Managing vendor registration and profile updates on the IREPS portal.• Searching for relevant tenders, preparing bids, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.• Handling e-auctions and procurement processes related to railway contracts.• Coordinating with departments for document preparation, pricing, and compliance.3. Tender s E-Procurement Support:• Reviewing and analyzing tender documents for eligibility and compliance.• Preparing technical and financial proposals for government tenders.• Ensuring timely submission of tenders and following up on bid results.4. Coordination s Compliance:• Liaising with government officials, clients, and internal teams for smooth execution of procurement processes.• Maintaining documentation for audits, payments, and order processing.• Keeping updated with the latest government procurement policies and guidelines.Required Skills:• Mandatory hands-on experience with GeM C IREPS portals.• Strong knowledge of government tenders, e-procurement, and bidding processes.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation.• Excellent communication C negotiation skills.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.What we offer:1.
