About us
Pledge Foundation is a Section 8 NGO running health camps, medical emergency support, education, and menstrual health programs across Maharashtra and Delhi.

The role
You'll call donors and ask them to fund real work a health camp, a child's education, an emergency medical case. This is telesales, but what you're selling is a reason to care. The best fundraisers here aren't the pushiest they're the ones who make a stranger believe the work is real.

Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to new and existing donors
Explain programs clearly and ask confidently for a contribution
Handle objections and follow up most gifts come after the third call
Re-engage past donors for repeat giving
Log every call same day; hit a monthly fundraising target

Requirements

0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer service freshers welcome
Fluent Hindi required; English and Marathi a plus
Comfortable on the phone all day, not thrown by rejection
Consistent and disciplined the numbers come from dialling every day
12th pass or graduate
