Front Office – GSA / Supervisor
Welcome guests courteously and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
Manage room reservations, allocations, and guest records accurately
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction at all times
Supervise daily front office operations (for Supervisor role)
Guide, train, and support front office staff to maintain service quality
Handle billing, cash, POS transactions, and shift reports
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, sales, and other departments
Manage VIP guests and resolve escalated issues effectively
Maintain front desk hygiene, discipline, and proper documentation
Candidates must be from the hospitality sector
Prior experience as Front Office GSA or Supervisor in a hotel/resort
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of basic MS Office
Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
GSA: 0–2 years of front office experience
Supervisor: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
