Front Office/Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organized, clean, and presentable.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

• Maintain visitor records and coordinate guest appointments and meetings.

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.

• Provide administrative and clerical support as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

• Handle basic office management and front-desk administrative tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Highly presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
