Roles & Responsibilities:

Walk-in customers ka polite aur professional welcome karna

Customer inquiries handle karna (face-to-face & phone calls)

Services / membership / offers ke baare mein explain karna

Daily entries, visitor register aur basic records maintain karna

Billing, cash handling aur receipts banana

WhatsApp & basic computer work handle karna

Follow-up calls karna interested customers ke saath

Front desk area ko clean & organized rakhna

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Customer handling & polite behavior

Basic computer knowledge

Sales & convincing skills

Presentable personality

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 12th pass

Fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain
