Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals—freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to join our team as Franchise Sales Consultants. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, conducting meetings, and supporting the franchise setup process while representing the brand with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential franchise leads via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Schedule and conduct in-person or online meetings to explain the franchise model.
Clearly communicate the business opportunity, investment model, and support system.
Travel to meet prospects, conduct one-on-one meetings, and build strong relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
Maintain and update records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
Work closely with senior consultants and the operations team for smooth franchise setup.
Represent the brand at industry events, franchise expos, and networking sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales/business Gurgaon development.
Experienced professionals (1–2 years) in sales, business development, or customer support roles.
Candidates with a proactive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as required
