Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and business-minded Franchise Support Executive who is committed to helping our franchise partners succeed.

You'll play a key role in supporting franchisees throughout their journey—from club setup and launch to ongoing business growth. If you enjoy coaching people, solving problems, building strong relationships, and travelling across India, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing operational support and guidance to franchisees across India.

Assist franchisees through club fit-out, pre-sales, launch, and post-opening operations.

Conduct onboarding, induction, and operational training for franchise owners and their teams.

Deliver structured training in sales, customer service, marketing, and club operations.

Monitor club performance and work with franchisees to improve KPIs, revenue, and member experience.

Conduct regular club visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure brand standards are maintained.

Support franchisees in implementing marketing campaigns and local area promotions.

Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions to improve business performance.

Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, sales, finance, technology, and support teams.

Ensure franchisees comply with Plus Fitness operational standards, policies, and procedures.

Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as their trusted business advisor.

Prepare reports, follow up on action plans, and ensure timely execution of agreed initiatives.

Travel extensively across India to support existing and new franchise locations.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.

Passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping businesses grow.

Willingness to travel frequently across India.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, franchising, or multi-site operations is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
