The Franchise Acquisition Manager will be responsible for expanding the OJJHS Agro franchise network across India by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suitable franchise partners. The role involves strategic planning, business negotiation, and relationship management to ensure long-term franchise success and alignment with company objectives.
Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across targeted regions (especially South and Central India).
Conduct market research to understand regional business potential, farmer reach, and product compatibility.
Prepare and execute franchise acquisition plans as per company goals.
Generate quality leads through online/offline campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and references.
Conduct franchise presentations and explain business models, ROI, and support systems to prospects.
Follow up with potential franchisees to ensure timely closures and documentation.
Evaluate financial capability, business background, and operational readiness of prospective franchise partners.
Assist franchisees in completing application forms, agreements, and KYC documents.
Coordinate onboarding, initial training, and setup support with company teams.
Liaise with the marketing and operations teams for local promotions, dealer meets, and territory development.
Ensure smooth communication between franchisees and head office for stock, pricing, and service matters.
Monitor franchise performance and ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards.
Maintain updated records of franchise leads, inquiries, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
Track region-wise franchise growth and suggest strategic improvements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Agri-Business Management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in franchise development, channel expansion, or business development (preferably in the agriculture sector).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
Number of new franchise acquisitions per month/quarter.
Regional coverage and activation rate.
Franchise partner satisfaction and retention.
Revenue contribution from newly onboarded franchises.
