Role & responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients under the franchise business model.
Generate leads and convert prospective partners into franchise owners.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and post-sales support.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with 26 years of experience in B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
Experience in onboarding franchise partners, distributors, or channel partners.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates from EdTech, Retail, FMCG, Real Estate, or Service-based industries will be preferred (optional).
