Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Asst. Business Development Manager to drive franchise expansion and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, managing the complete sales cycle, and contributing to the company's growth by expanding the preschool network across India
Key Responsibilities ·
Qualify leads for preschool franchise opportunities.
· Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and investment discussions.
· Guide prospective franchise partners through the complete sales and onboarding process. ·
· Develop and execute market expansion strategies. Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and education professionals. ·
· Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and academic teams during franchise setup.
· Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications · 2–4 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, or Sales. ·
Experience in the education, preschool, B2B or EdTech industry will be preferred. ·
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
