Job Summary
The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified franchise partners to support the company's expansion goals. This role involves managing the franchise sales pipeline, pitching proper plans to convince the client, evaluating prospects, negotiating agreements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify franchise leads through proper calling/follow-ups.
Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to achieve expansion targets.
Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and franchise presentations.
Evaluate prospective franchisees based on financial capability, business experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to franchise agreement signing.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system or in Google sheets.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams during the onboarding process.
Build and maintain relationships with franchise consultants, brokers, and referral partners.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and franchise sales processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–2.5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in franchise development is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
