We are looking for a Area Franchise Manager to join our team at Mongo Salon. The Area Franchise Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across assigned salon franchise locations. This role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, team management, and hands-on operational involvement to ensure each franchise achieves its business targets.

Proven experience in sales management / area management (salon, retail, hospitality preferred)

Strong understanding of P&L and business operations

Experience in team hiring and people management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to travel frequently within assigned region
